Sales Manager/Team Lead – DACH Region

Location: Barcelona - Hybrid

Salary: €100k

 

We're looking for an ambitious, high-impact Sales Manager to take the lead on our growth in the DACH region. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building and coaching winning teams, and isn’t afraid to get hands-on with deals to make things happen.

 

You’ll be leading a talented sales team, driving new business across the region, and helping shape the future of a product-led company that’s scaling fast. Think: startup energy, zero bureaucracy, and a culture that values ownership, experimentation, and results.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build, lead, and scale a top-performing sales team focused on the DACH market
  • Own and exceed both individual and team targets—we’re looking for someone who can lead from the front
  • Drive net-new revenue growth across SMB, mid-market and commercial segments
  • Use data to refine strategy, forecast accurately, and optimise the sales pipeline
  • Create a culture of performance, feedback, and continuous learning within the team

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a high-velocity, fast-growth setting
  • Experience leading and coaching sales teams—motivating others while still crushing your own targets
  • Strong understanding of the DACH market and fluency in both German and English
  • Highly skilled in outbound sales and comfortable owning complex deals from prospecting to close
