Account Manager | Oslo (Hybrid, flexible)

Salary: 600k NOK + OTE

 

We’re partnering with a high-growth Nordic SaaS company that’s transforming how organisations understand their customers and employees through data-driven feedback and insights.

 

They’re now looking for an Account Manager to take ownership of an existing customer base—focusing on retention, expansion, and long-term value creation.

 

๐Ÿš€ The Opportunity

This is a pure account growth role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them maximise value while identifying opportunities to expand usage across the business.

You’ll work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams to drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and deepen customer relationships.

 

๐Ÿ“Š What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and grow a portfolio of existing customers
  • Drive retention (GRR) by building strong, long-term relationships
  • Identify and execute upsell & cross-sell opportunities
  • Act as a strategic advisor, aligning solutions to customer goals
  • Analyse customer data to track account health and uncover growth opportunities
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and forecast in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless onboarding and ongoing value

 

โœ… What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Account Management or SaaS Sales
  • Strong track record of revenue growth within existing accounts
  • Experience with upselling, cross-selling, and retention strategies
  • Excellent communication skills in Norwegian & English
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
