Salary: 65,000 SEK / month
Total OTE: ~95,000 SEK / month
I’m currently partnering with a high-growth SaaS company to hire a Head of Revenue Nordics, based in Stockholm. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of revenue growth across the Nordic region.

This company operates within sales technology / revenue enablement, helping organisations improve sales effectiveness, structure, and performance through a modern SaaS platform.
They’re operating in a fast-moving, highly innovative market and have built a strong international presence across Europe and North America.
๐ฏ The role
As Head of Revenue Nordics, you’ll sit on the leadership team and own the end-to-end revenue engine across the region – from pipeline generation to closing, expansion, and retention.
You’ll lead both Sales and Customer Success, with a clear mandate to build a scalable, high-performing revenue organisation.
This is a player-coach role, combining strategic ownership with hands-on execution.
๐งฉ What you’ll be responsible for
- Own and execute the Nordic revenue strategy aligned with company goals
- Lead, coach, and develop Sales & Customer Success teams
- Drive new business, retention, and expansion (MRR growth)
- Build a strong pipeline generation strategy with Marketing & Partners
- Ensure tight alignment between Sales and Customer Success
- Establish a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
- Strengthen relationships with key customers and partners
- Continuously refine go-to-market strategy based on data and market insights

โ What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven experience leading sales teams
- Experience working with or leading Customer Success
- Track record of building high-performing teams
- Comfortable selling to C-level stakeholders
- Data-driven and structured in decision-making
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Based within commuting distance of Stockholm
