Chief Operating Officer

I'm partnering with a fast-growing AI-enabled business that has already established a repeatable commercial model, a strong customer base and a profitable foundation. Following a recent funding round, the company is now entering a significant scaling phase.

They are looking for a Chief Operating Officer to build, lead and scale the Operations function.

This is not a role for someone looking to maintain an existing organisation.

This is a build role.

You'll be responsible for:

✅ Growing Operations from 2 people to 10–12 within 12 months

✅ Building leadership capability and a high-performance culture

✅ Designing scalable processes, systems and KPI frameworks

✅ Driving operational excellence across customer delivery

✅ Partnering closely with Product and Engineering to develop AI-enabled workflows and automation

✅ Helping shape company strategy as part of the executive leadership team

We're looking for someone who has:

• Experience building and scaling operational teams

• A track record of delivering exceptional results in fast-paced environments

• Strong people leadership and talent development capabilities

• A highly process-driven mindset

• Excellent analytical and commercial skills

• A hands-on approach and willingness to get involved when needed

• Fluent Swedish language skills

💰 80,000–100,000 SEK/month
