About the Opportunity
We’re hiring the first commercial hire for an early-stage company building AI-powered video surveillance for construction sites.
This is a product solving real, high-cost problems in the field:
- Theft
- Safety risks
- Lack of site visibility & control
By combining smart AI technology with in-house installation, the solution is designed for real-world use, not just theory.
Now, the founders are looking for a Founding Sales profile to build and own the commercial side from day one.
π The Role
This is not a “plug-and-play” sales role.
You will be responsible for:
- Opening new accounts within the construction industry
- Prospecting and driving outbound sales activity
- Booking and leading meetings with site managers and decision-makers
- Owning the full sales cycle (first contact → close)
- Helping define sales strategy, structure, and go-to-market
π This is a true hunter role with full ownership.
β What We’re Looking For
Must-have:
- Proven track record in sales
- Strong new business / outbound experience
- Comfortable selling into construction environments
Highly preferred:
- Experience selling into construction
- (e.g. workwear, equipment, services, site solutions)
Strong signal backgrounds:
- Experience from competitors such as VideoTech Sweden or similar
