About the Opportunity

We’re hiring the first commercial hire for an early-stage company building AI-powered video surveillance for construction sites.

 

This is a product solving real, high-cost problems in the field:

  • Theft
  • Safety risks
  • Lack of site visibility & control

 

By combining smart AI technology with in-house installation, the solution is designed for real-world use, not just theory.

 

Now, the founders are looking for a Founding Sales profile to build and own the commercial side from day one.

This is not a “plug-and-play” sales role.

You will be responsible for:

  • Opening new accounts within the construction industry
  • Prospecting and driving outbound sales activity
  • Booking and leading meetings with site managers and decision-makers
  • Owning the full sales cycle (first contact → close)
  • Helping define sales strategy, structure, and go-to-market

βœ… What We’re Looking For

Must-have:

  • Proven track record in sales
  • Strong new business / outbound experience
  • Comfortable selling into construction environments

Highly preferred:

  • Experience selling into construction
  • (e.g. workwear, equipment, services, site solutions)

Strong signal backgrounds:

  • Experience from competitors such as VideoTech Sweden or similar
