On behalf of a fast-growing digital marketing agency, we are hiring three Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to expand a high-performing B2B sales team.
This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants to build strong outbound sales experience within digital marketing and Google Ads, while working in a performance-driven, supportive environment with clear career progression.

What You’ll Do
As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities and acting as the first point of contact with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and contact B2B decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Book qualified meetings for the sales and account management team
- Present Google Ads services in a clear, value-driven way
- Understand client needs and identify potential business opportunities
- Follow up with leads and manage prospects through the early sales funnel
- Document activities and leads in the CRM system
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing colleagues
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary: 20,000 SEK/month
- Commission: Uncapped commission model

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1+ year of outbound sales experience
- Strong communication skills in Swedish (English is a plus)
- Comfortable speaking with decision-makers
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn
Nice to Have:
- Experience in B2B sales
- Interest in digital marketing, performance marketing, or Google Ads
