Sales Development Representative (DACH market)

🇪🇸 Barcelona, hybrid

 

I’m working with a fast-growing SaaS founder who is expanding across Europe and is now looking for a top-performing Sales Development Representative to help them scale their outreach into the DACH market.

 

🔎 What you’ll do

  • Proactively source and outreach to cold leads (cold calls, email, LinkedIn, other channels) among accommodation/hospitality providers in DACH.
  • Qualify leads and book discovery calls / demo appointments for the senior sales team.
  • Provide the first impression of the company, act as the first point-of-contact for prospects, and present the product value proposition in a consultative way.
  • Track your pipeline, manage CRM data, and analyse performance: focus on quality and conversion over volume.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Product stakeholders to tailor outreach and messaging for DACH clients.
  • Occasionally attend industry events/trade shows (Europe-wide) to support business development efforts.

 

✅ What we’re looking for

  • Excellent German (C2 / native-level) and strong English (business fluent)
  • 1–2 years of B2B outbound sales/lead generation/prospecting experience, ideally in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
  • Strategic mindset: ability to research companies, find decision-makers, and navigate complex organisations.
  • Strong communication, persistence and resilience, you can handle long sales cycles, follow-ups, and objections.
  • Data-driven attitude: comfortable working with CRM, analysing pipeline performance, and refining your own sales approach.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, collaborative, eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-moving team.
