About the Role
Account Executive
Full-time | Remote or Hybrid (NYC preferred)
Compensation: $100,000–$125,000 + Equity
We’re looking for an Account Executive to join a fast-growing, early-stage team focused on electrification and climate technology. This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll take ownership of pipeline generation, relationship management, and closing deals with mid-market and enterprise clients.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive the entire sales process with mid-market and enterprise customers
- Generate pipeline through strategic outbound efforts and close coordination with channel partners
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across sales, product, and operations
- Provide customer feedback to help inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
- Contribute to the development of sales playbooks, outbound cadences, and other foundational processes
About You
You thrive in fast-moving environments, are comfortable with ambiguity, and are excited about working at the intersection of technology and sustainability. You’re a self-starter who wants to have a direct impact on customers and company growth.
You might be a strong fit if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role selling to mid-market or enterprise customers
- A proven track record of outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Full-cycle sales experience — from sourcing to close
- Proficiency with sales tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain complex or technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Experience working in an early-stage startup or a similarly fast-paced environment (a plus)
- Interest or background in EV charging, energy, or climate tech (a plus)
