About the Role
Enterprise Account Executive (San Francisco, On-Site)
Salary: $240-$300k OTE
I’m working with a fast-growing AI company that is transforming how enterprises deliver customer experiences. They’ve raised over $200M from top-tier investors and are already partnered with some of the most recognizable global brands.
This is a high-impact Enterprise Account Executive role where you’ll be joining a top-tier GTM team, selling into Fortune 1000 accounts, and playing a key role in shaping the sales motion at a hypergrowth AI company.

What you’ll do:
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting through negotiation, closing, and renewals
- Build and convert pipeline from ICP accounts via value-driven outbounding
- Foster strong relationships with C-suite executives to drive positive ROI and long-term partnerships
- Leverage internal executive sponsorship to accelerate deal cycles and secure top-level buy-in
- Play a key role in refining GTM strategy and shaping how the company lands and expands with enterprise accounts
What they’re looking for:
- 4+ years of experience as a top-performing Enterprise Account Executive
- Proven ability to close complex 7-figure deals with enterprise clients
- Consistent success in generating pipeline and winning net new logos
- Startup or high-growth SaaS background preferred
- Bonus: experience selling AI, CX, or customer support platforms
