Salary: 180-200k OTE (50/50) + equity

About this role
New York–based startup transforming guest operations for short-term rentals, vacation rentals, and independent hotel operators. Their cutting-edge platform streamlines hospitality operations through smart automations that handle the complex work behind the scenes — freeing teams to focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences.
With strong product–market fit already established and a recent funding round successfully closed, they are now looking for a driven and ambitious Founding Account Executive to help expand their customer base.
What you’ll do:
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, converting prospects into enthusiastic customers
- Generate your own pipeline through targeted prospecting (about 30% self-sourced) and manage your own leads
- Develop and refine sales playbooks, messaging, and objection-handling approaches based on customer feedback
- Build relationships with property managers, hospitality operators, and decision-makers in our target market (20+ units, using a PMS)
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events to build brand awareness and generate leads
- Collaborate with the head of growth to convert qualified leads into satisfied customers
- Help define sales culture and set performance standards as the first dedicated sales hire
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally with SMB or mid-market customers
- Track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
