About the Role
đź’Ľ Enterprise Account Executive – San Francisco (Hybrid)
I’m working with a fast-growing, series-funded, SaaS startup that’s scaling rapidly and hiring their first Enterprise Account Executives. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor and help build out the enterprise sales motion from scratch, while working with some of the most exciting companies in tech today.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle with technical leaders at high-growth SaaS companies.
- Drive complex, high-value deals and consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives, product leaders, and engineering teams.
- Help define and refine the enterprise GTM strategy and playbook.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering to provide feedback from the field.
- Represent the company at events, conferences, and customer meetings in the Bay Area.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience at early-stage companies, with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
- Comfort navigating complex technical sales cycles and selling to developer/technical audiences.
- Experience building processes and playbooks from scratch in a scaling environment.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
- Must be based in San Francisco and able to work hybrid (in-office a few days/week + events).
