About the Role
🚀 Sales Development Manager – NYC (On-site)
Salary: 185k OTE
I’m partnered with a high-growth AI startup in New York City that is scaling rapidly and looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead and grow their SDR team. This is a unique opportunity to join at a pivotal stage and directly shape the future of their go-to-market strategy.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing SDR team.
- Drive pipeline generation, ensuring consistent top-of-funnel growth.
- Implement and refine best practices across outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align SDR activities with company goals.
- Own performance metrics and reporting, using Salesforce to track activities and outcomes.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop SDR talent.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership/management role for an SDR or BDR team.
- 2+ years of hands-on SaaS sales experience (SDR, BDR, or AE).
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving pipeline growth.
- Experience managing an outbound team in a high-growth startup environment.
- Strong communicator with the ability to coach and inspire.
- Salesforce proficiency.
- Willingness to work 4–5 days per week in-office in New York City.
