Enterprise Account Executive – Sweden

Location: Stockholm (Hybrid)

Compensation: 1.5–1.8M SEK OTE (50/50 split)

 

I’m currently partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company that’s transforming how enterprise procurement teams operate.

 

The business has built a market-leading supplier intelligence platform that gives organisations full visibility and control over their spend. Due to continued growth, they’re now hiring an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join their Stockholm office and drive new business across Sweden and the wider Nordics.

 

The Role

This is a senior, full-cycle sales role with a strong focus on winning new mid-market and enterprise customers. The ideal candidate enjoys consultative selling, is comfortable navigating complex buying processes, and has a track record of consistently exceeding targets in a SaaS environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing enterprise-level deals
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through outbound activity, inbound qualification, and networking
  • Run tailored product demos aligned to customer challenges and business priorities
  • Engage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex decision-making environments
  • Lead commercial negotiations and close deals that create long-term value
  • Stay closely connected to the Swedish procurement and SaaS ecosystem to identify new opportunities

 

What They’re Looking For

  • 4–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with success in mid-market and/or enterprise roles
  • A strong consultative sales approach
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • Experience managing longer sales cycles and selling to senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot (or similar)
  • A self-starting, results-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously

Nice to have:

  • Background in procurement technology or consulting
