I’m currently working with a fast-growing growth and digital marketing business that’s looking to hire a Sales Executive to strengthen their commercial team in Malmö.

 

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants to join a high-performance environment with strong earning potential, clear progression and exposure to modern sales and marketing strategies.

 

What you’ll be doing:

• Prospecting and engaging new customers

• Booking and running meetings with potential clients

• Speaking with decision-makers across multiple industries

• Building pipeline through outbound activity

• Managing activity and follow-up in CRM

• Working closely with experienced sales leaders in a fast-moving environment

 

What they’re looking for:

• 1+ year of sales experience (B2B or B2C)

• Comfortable with outbound sales activity

• Strong communication skills in Swedish

• Competitive mindset and high energy

• Structured, driven and motivated by progression

• Sports background is a strong plus
