Overview:

We are working with a leading financial services client committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions. They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) to contribute to their ongoing success and growth.

As a Pega CSSA, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing Pega solutions that align with our business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, develop applications, and provide technical expertise in Pega technology.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and refine requirements.
• Design and implement robust Pega solutions that meet business needs.
• Lead Pega development activities, including design, coding, testing, and debugging.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and contribute to their skill development.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Pega applications with existing systems.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of Pega applications.
• Stay current with Pega technology updates and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Pega solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Pega architecture and best practices.
• Proficient in PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) development.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
