About the Role
Founding Account Executive
Full-time | On-site (San Francisco, CA)
Compensation: $100,000 base + $100,000 OTE + Equity
This is a rare opportunity to join as one of the first sales hires at a fast-growing AI company. You’ll own the full sales cycle from outbound to close, working closely with the founding team to define and execute go-to-market strategy. This is a zero-to-one role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and wants to make a meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect, qualify, and close mid-market to enterprise deals (ACVs ranging from $10K–$100K+)
- Drive outbound efforts and own pipeline generation
- Help build foundational sales playbooks, messaging, and scalable processes
- Partner with product and leadership to influence roadmap based on customer feedback
- Contribute to building the sales tech stack and GTM tooling from scratch
What We’re Looking For
You’re motivated, curious, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. You’re not just a closer—you’re a builder who wants to help shape the future of a sales organization and contribute to product-market fit in real-time.
You’ll be a strong fit if you have:
- 2–5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally at an early- or growth-stage company
- Proven success in outbound-heavy environments
- Experience closing deals in the $10K–$100K+ ACV range
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior SDR/BDR experience is a plus
- A passion for building and iterating alongside product and GTM teams
