Role: Customer Success Manager

Location: Oslo, Hybrid

Salary: 700-800k NOK + bonus and benefits

 

An opportunity for an experienced Customer Success professional to join a leading Software Vendor, helping them develop and exceed expectations of Enterprise Clients across the Nordics.

What they are looking for:

 

A CSM with experience of assisting a selection of customers in the use of Enterprise Feedback Management. You'll be able to build long-term relationships with customers and act as their adviser and consultant, in turn helping them receive the best value from the services provided

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing long-term and trusted partnership with customers, becoming a trusted advisor
  • Helping customers overcome business challenges and assisting through workshops, gatherings, consultancy, etc.
  • Being active across internal projects across Nordic offices (Oslo, Stockholm and Espoo / Helsinki)
