About the Role
Sales Executive | Stockholm
Location: Stockholm | Onsite/Field Sales role
Salary: Fixed 35 000 SEK, OTE 40 000 SEK
I'm currently partnering with one of Stockholm's most established and fastest-growing coworking and workspace businesses as they continue to expand their commercial team.
This is an opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys meeting people, building networks, and managing the full sales process from first conversation through to close.
The company has built a strong reputation within Stockholm's startup, scale-up, investment and entrepreneurial ecosystem and is looking for someone who can help continue that growth.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
• Managing the full sales cycle from enquiry and site tour through to signed agreement
• Delivering engaging and consultative presentations of premium office and event spaces
• Building relationships with founders, startups, SMEs and larger businesses
• Generating new opportunities through networking, research and outbound activity
• Managing inbound leads from multiple channels, including website, events, referrals and partners
• Becoming a trusted advisor to businesses looking for flexible workspace solutions
What They're Looking For
• 2-6 years of B2B sales experience
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
• Comfortable running meetings, presentations and commercial discussions independently
• Experience managing opportunities through a structured sales funnel
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, face-to-face meetings and social channels
• CRM experience and a structured approach to pipeline management
• Fluent Swedish and English
