His experience ranges from helping early-stage start-ups make their first commercial hires through to supporting Series-funded and publicly listed software companies with large-scale international hiring projects across the Nordics, DACH and the UK.Unlike many recruiters, Thomas has built businesses himself. Before launching GroTech, he worked in SaaS sales and co-founded two ventures, including an environmentally focused business that was successfully exited.
