Sales Development Representative – Entry into Tech Sales

Hybrid | Stockholm

Salary: 40-45k SEK + OTE

We’re hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join a high-growth SaaS company making real waves in how businesses manage their IT operations.

What you’ll do:

This role is all about being the first point of contact with potential customers. You’ll help start conversations with senior decision-makers, think CIOs, CFOs, HR Directors, and help lay the foundation for meaningful partnerships.

 

Your day-to-day includes:

  • Identifying and reaching out to potential customers
  • Booking high-quality meetings for the Account Executive team
  • Researching target companies and tailoring your messaging
  • Running creative outbound campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events
  • Collaborating closely with AEs and marketing to refine messaging and strategy
  • Learning the ropes of B2B tech sales from experienced mentors

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication skills in English and either Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian
