Recruiter

Thomas Launched GroTech in 2020, with the focus of providing clients with not only the best, but the most relevant and qualified sales talent on the market.

Thomas founded GroTech Search with one goal: to become Europe's go-to recruitment partner for ambitious SaaS and technology companies building exceptional Go-To-Market teams. With more than a decade of experience spanning SaaS sales, recruitment and entrepreneurship, Thomas has partnered with founders, investors and commercial leaders to deliver over 250 GTM hires across Europe. His experience ranges from helping early-stage start-ups make their first commercial hires through to supporting Series-funded and publicly listed software companies with large-scale international hiring projects across the Nordics, DACH and the UK.Unlike many recruiters, Thomas has built businesses himself. Before launching GroTech, he worked in SaaS sales and co-founded two ventures, including an environmentally focused business that was successfully exited. That commercial background gives him a practical understanding of what scaling companies need from both a hiring and revenue perspective.Today, Thomas specialises in hiring Sales, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Revenue and GTM Leadership talent for high-growth software businesses expanding across Europe. His approach combines market expertise, honest advice and an extensive network built through years of specialising in one area—Go-To-Market.
