Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: New York, On-site

Salary: $120-168k OTE (60/40) + Equity

 

We're hiring a Founding SDR to build outbound motion from the ground up. This role is perfect for someone who’s hungry, organized, and loves process. You’ll be testing, iterating, and executing fast, helping lay the foundation for a scalable, repeatable sales engine.

 

You won’t be handed a script or a playbook. You'll help write both. Expect to work directly with leadership, with leadership that has helped scale major SaaS businesses from $60M to over $1B in ARR. If you’re curious, resourceful, and ready to build something big, you’ll thrive here.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Own and run outbound experiments ahead of a major product launch
  • Build and refine systems, think structured, data-driven, repeatable
  • Create outbound campaigns that cut through the noise
  • Work closely with the founder and experienced sales leadership on strategy
  • Be the first point of contact with everyone from startups to the Fortune 500
  • Share insights with product, ops, and marketing to shape the full GTM motion
  • Help define the outbound playbook from scratch

 

What your background might look like

  • 1+ years of experience in an SDR or similar role
  • Structured thinker who loves building systems
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
  • Clear communicator, strong writer, and confident on calls/in person
