About the Role
We are partnering with a rapidly scaling, AI-driven SaaS company that is expanding into the healthcare sector. As part of this strategic growth, they are building a brand-new business unit focused on transforming how healthcare organizations engage with and serve their communities.
This is an opportunity for a high-performing Account Executive to join at the ground level. You’ll be selling an innovative product in an emerging market segment, working directly with senior stakeholders, and influencing go-to-market strategy while contributing to revenue growth from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive new business in the healthcare vertical by targeting VP, Director, and C-level stakeholders across enterprise healthcare organizations
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing
- Attend and represent the company at key industry conferences to increase visibility and pipeline generation
- Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating cross-functionally with product and marketing to help shape features and go-to-market messaging
- Build and refine sales playbooks, cadences, and best practices to support ongoing team expansion and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role (AE or above), preferably in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience managing deals from $100k - $1m TCV
- Experience selling into or navigating procurement processes within the healthcare industry is a plus
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Must be able to work on-site in NYC 4–5 days per week (hybrid with flexible in-office scheduling)

The Package
- Base salary: $110,000 – $150,000
- Equity package
- This role asks for 4 days on site - NYC
- Full-time, permanent position
