About the Role

Account Executive – Robotic Automation

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)

Salary: $90K–$100K base + double OTE

 

I’m working with a cutting-edge robotics company that’s automating manufacturing and logistics. They’re growing fast and looking to bring on a driven Account Executive to own mid-market sales. This is a full-cycle role — you'll prospect, demo, and close deals directly with plant managers, operations leaders, and C-suite buyers

 

The team is small, sharp, and highly technical. You’ll be selling into factories across the U.S. and working closely with GTM leadership to help refine the sales process as they scale. Think short sales cycles, high win rates, and a product that solves a real-world labor problem

 

Role Highlights:

  • Own the full sales cycle from first outreach to signed contract
  • Sell into manufacturing, logistics, and 3PL, ops leaders, engineers, and execs
  • 2–6 month cycles, short onboarding time, and high-close velocity
  • Your strategic input is welcome, including messaging, ICP, pricing, etc.
  • Work closely with the deployment team to ensure smooth rollouts

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and run full-cycle B2B sales from pipeline creation through close
  • Sell into mid-market and enterprise, targeting Ops, Engineering, and C-suite buyers
  • Identify pain points, technical fit, and budget in a consultative sales process
  • Manage a tight pipeline with short sales cycles and high win rates
  • Partner with GTM and Deployment teams to ensure seamless handoff and execution
  • Maintain a clean pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot (or equivalent CRM)
  • Contribute strategic feedback on ICP, pricing, and messaging

 

You Might Be a Fit If You:

  • Have 3+ years of B2B sales experience in technical or industrial sectors
  • Are comfortable selling in 2–6 month cycles and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Are process-driven, disciplined, and proactive about hitting your number
  • Know how to talk shop with plant managers, ops leaders, and engineers
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
