Salary: 35-39k sek x 2 OTE
Our client, a fast-growing international company specialising in executive-level virtual networking events and curated 1-to-1 business meetings, is looking for an ambitious Swedish-speaking B2B Account Executive to join their high-performing sales team in Stockholm.

Role Overview
As a B2B Sales Executive, you’ll manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and prospecting to closing and long-term account development. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue by introducing C-level decision-makers to relevant solution providers via high-value virtual meetings and networking formats.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of the sales process: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
- Build and maintain relationships with senior-level clients across the tech and enterprise space
- Conduct virtual meetings and consult clients on tailored event participation
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Operations to ensure top-tier delivery
- Continuously develop knowledge of client industries and market trends
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Native-level Swedish speaker with fluent English
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (full cycle), ideally in tech, media, SaaS, or related industries
- Proven success in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills
- Social, humble, and ambitious with a resilient mindset
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach (cold-calling, LinkedIn) and proactive prospecting
