Hybrid | Based in Stockholm

Salary: 1.6m - 1.8m SEK

We’re looking for a driven, sharp, and emotionally intelligent Account Executive to help accelerate growth across the Nordic region. This isn’t just about hitting targets—it’s about solving real business problems and building long-term value for clients.

 

What you'll be doing:

In this role, you’ll work closely with senior decision-makers, CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, HR leaders to help them:

  • Automate and elevate employee onboarding through smart provisioning tools
  • Strengthen IT security with better asset control and governance
  • Simplify post-merger integrations with standardised systems
  • Stay compliant with full IT asset traceability

 

You’ll manage the full sales cycle:

From targeted outreach and consultative discovery to closing deals and building lasting partnerships. You’ll be expected to take ownership, think strategically, and exceed expectations.

 

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with a focus on tech, SaaS, or business transformation
  • A strong track record of outperforming ambitious targets
  • Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English and either Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian
  • High emotional intelligence—you can read the room, adapt your style, and build trust fast
  • A high-performance mindset: you’ve faced real challenges and come out stronger
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach—comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
