About Me
Bobby is a Senior Go-To-Market recruiter with over a decade of international executive search experience, helping high-growth SaaS, AI and technology businesses hire the commercial leaders who drive growth.
Having recruited across Europe, the Middle East and North America, Bobby has partnered with venture-backed start-ups through to global technology organisations, delivering searches across Sales, Customer Success, Revenue, Marketing and Executive Leadership. He has worked closely with founders and leadership teams through every stage of growth, from early-stage scaling to Series C expansion and beyond.
Before joining GroTech Search, Bobby founded and scaled his own executive search business, securing partnerships with major private and government organisations across the Middle East. Prior to that, he led global recruitment for a portfolio of venture-backed technology companies, earning four promotions in three years, building an international recruitment team and delivering over 150 senior-level placements, including CROs, CTOs, CFOs, CMOs and other executive leaders.
Known for his consultative and relationship-first approach, Bobby focuses on understanding the commercial objectives behind every hire rather than simply filling vacancies. His experience as both a recruitment leader and business owner allows him to advise clients on hiring strategy, organisational growth and long-term talent planning.
At GroTech Search, Bobby specialises in helping ambitious SaaS and technology companies build high-performing Go-To-Market teams across Europe, partnering with founders and hiring managers to secure exceptional commercial talent that accelerates growth.
Outside of work, Bobby is Chairman and Trustee of The Mitchy Foundation, a charity he co-founded with his sister following the sudden loss of their father. The foundation provides community cardiovascular screening and supports families affected by heart disease, a cause that remains deeply personal to him.
