Operations Manager

Operations Manager | Stockholm | AI Startup | Leadership Progression

Salary: 60-70 000 SEK

 

I'm partnering with a fast-growing, VC-backed AI company in Stockholm that is looking to hire an Operations Manager to help scale one of the most exciting businesses in the public procurement technology space.

 

This isn't a traditional operations role.

 

You'll join a profitable business with proven product-market fit and play a key role in building the operational engine that supports its next stage of growth. Working directly with the founders and leadership team, you'll own a core area of the business while developing into a Team Leader as the company scales.

 

What you'll be doing:

• Managing customer relationships and ensuring exceptional delivery

• Taking ownership of a customer segment or industry vertical

• Driving operational excellence and process improvements

• Working closely with leadership to scale the business

• Helping build teams, processes and AI-enabled ways of working

• Progressing into people leadership within 12 months

 

What we're looking for:

• 3–5+ years' experience in management consulting, law, operations or a high-growth startup

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

• Highly organised, detail-oriented and process-driven

• Ambitious, commercially minded and excited by building something from the ground up

• Fluent Swedish and English
