Co-Founder & CEO (AI SaaS Startup)

Stockholm / Hybrid / Remote

This is a start-up position with significant equity available.

We’re partnering with a venture studio that launches and scales high-growth AI and SaaS businesses alongside exceptional entrepreneurial talent.

 

They are now looking for a Co-Founder & CEO to lead the launch and growth of an AI-powered customer storytelling platform focused on helping SaaS companies build trust and accelerate growth through automated customer advocacy.

 

This is a rare opportunity to step into a founder role with:

The platform enables modern SaaS and growth companies to automatically collect, generate, and publish customer stories, testimonials, and social proof — helping them strengthen brand credibility and drive pipeline growth without adding manual workload.

Built specifically for high-growth B2B companies, the product turns everyday customer interactions into a continuous engine for trust and conversion.

The Opportunity

As CEO & Co-Founder, you will:

  • Lead the company from inception through scale
  • Define product direction and company strategy
  • Drive GTM execution and customer acquisition
  • Hire and build the early team
  • Work directly with operators and specialists supporting execution
  • Own fundraising, growth, and long-term business success

You’ll have the autonomy of a founder role combined with the support structure most startups lack in the early stages.

They typically partner with founders from one of three backgrounds:

1. The Growth Operator

  • Commercially driven with strong GTM instincts
  • Experience scaling revenue, sales teams, funnels, or partnerships
  • Comfortable building from zero and moving fast

2. The Ex-Consultant

  • Background from firms like McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, or Bain & Company
  • Wants operational ownership and accountability
  • Thrives in ambiguity and execution-heavy environments

3. The Technical Builder

  • Senior engineer, product builder, or technical founder
  • Has built and shipped products or MVPs quickly
  • Strong conviction in solving difficult technical problems
  • Wants to lead commercially with support around GTM and operations

 

Ideal Background

You may have:

  • Built a startup, product, team, or commercial function before
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Strong leadership and decision-making capability
  • High ownership mentality and execution bias
  • A genuine desire to build rather than simply “join”

Above all, they’re looking for someone with exceptional drive, resilience, and the ability to execute quickly.

 

Location

Stockholm-based preferred, but hybrid and remote setups are also considered for exceptional candidates.
