đź’Ľ Account Manager – Digital Marketing Agency
Salary: 60 000 SEK OTE
Location: Stockholm
We’re recruiting an Account Executive for a rapidly growing digital marketing agency based in central Stockholm.
This is a full-cycle sales role for someone who wants ownership, responsibility, and uncapped upside in a performance-driven environment where results are rewarded fast.

They deliver end-to-end digital growth solutions, including:
- SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
- SEM (Google Ads)
- Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Data-driven performance marketing

The focus is on conversion, profitability, and long-term partnerships.
The Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll take ownership of the entire sales process and play a key role in driving revenue growth as the company scales.
This role suits someone who enjoys responsibility, competition, and clear performance metrics.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, meeting booking, sales meetings, and closing
- Identify new business opportunities
- Build long-term client relationships
- Run client meetings and follow-ups
- Work systematically toward clear sales targets and KPIs
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of sales experience (B2C or B2B) with proven results
- B2B sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable owning deals end-to-end
Personal Traits
- Results-driven, competitive, and self-motivated
- Background as a high performer (sports or other performance-driven environments is a strong plus.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Compensation & Growth
- Uncapped commission model based on Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
